Safety and beautification works to be enhanced on fairways

MUAR: The Tanjung Emas Golf Club will be upgraded and provided with better fencing to avoid golf balls from hitting motorists or pedestrians outside the course.

Muar municipal council president Zulkiflee Abbas said Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin had agreed to allocate RM1mil to expedite the project.

He added that Muhyiddin, who has a home nearby the course, was concerned with the present fencing set up around the nine-hole fairways.

“There were incidents where motorists, motorcyclists, joggers and even pedestrians, hit by the golf balls.

“A lady was badly injured last year when a golf ball hit her while she was jogging along the Tanjung Emas road,” he said.

Zulkiflee addded that half of the fund would be allocated this year while the rest would be channeled next year.

The upgrades, he said, would also beautify the golf course area and make it much safer.

Recreational areas around the golf club located by the Sungai Muar estuary and next to the Muar district officer’s residence, attracted scores of residents almost every day.

He said the roads around the golf course had also been turned into a pathway for those who walk and jog.

“We hope to carry out the upgrade works soon as we want those visiting the areas around the golf course to feel safe. We also want golfers to feel at ease when playing at the fairways,” he added.

My Lovely F.A.Z.W.Y.N.

Hmm baru hari ni terasa nk update cerita..

Pada tanggal 16 November 2011 bersamaan hari rabu,

CHEERYCHERRY keluar bersama rakan2 rapat sewaktu kami berada di Tingkatan 5 Arif Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Raja Muda [2010]...

Oleh kerana sewaktu tu, kelas kami ni suka berpuak2, jadi kami pun menubuhkan puak kami, so time tu lah Geng F.A.Z.W.Y.N is born...heheh

Nama geng ni sebenarnya angkara Nena, Yun & Wani...

F untuk Fajeeha,

A untuk Azah,

Z untuk Zanariah,

W untuk Wani,

Y untuk Yun,

& lastly

N untuk Nena [CHEERYCHERRY]...

Now Fajeeha continue her study in Civil Engineering Course at UTHM,

Azah lak now at Matriculation College Tangkak with Zanariah,

while Wani lak now continue her study in Diploma of Science at UiTM Kuala Pilah,

just only me [CHEERYCHERRY] and Yun still study at SMK Raja Muda

and we take PraUniversity as the one step to take Bachelor more fast.

This is because my teacher said, when we choose Form 6 as a place we want to study it is the right choice, when in Form 6 our right step already place in university so now we only need struggle in study [as a left step to bring me to continue in bachelor]...

[opps! to much talk about Form 6 pulak]

Berbalik semula pada tarikh 16 Nov , memandangkan waktu tu they were had their sem holiday...

Kami bersiar2 di Tanjung Emas Muar, capture with variety pose, haha..

Then pergi KFC, Wetex Parade, Karaoke, Hoover & Econsave....
